“The location is very close to the main entrance of Chiang Mai University, and there is a school uniform store just across the street from Chiang Mai University.The house is new and has a large space, there are two queen bed rooms and a twin room, and each bedroom has a bathroom.There is a kitchen on the first floor where you can cook a simple meal, but there are no seasonings and you need to bring your own.There is plenty of space in the dining room and living room, the lack of a small infestation on the first floor, ants in the bathroom on the second floor, and the sound of the air conditioning in the room is louder.Overall, more than expected.”

“Wonderful stay. The place is spacious and perfect for family time. The host was friendly and even prepared thoughtful gifts for my little one, which we appreciated. The living room is comfortable and spacious, perfect for relaxing together. The third floor offers a lovely view and a peaceful atmosphere. The location is convenient, within walking distance to Chiang Mai University and Maya shopping mall. However, as the weather can change quickly in June and July, driving might be a better option to avoid getting caught in the rain. With a car, getting around Chiang Mai is easy, and everything is within reach. Highly recommended!”

“Beautifully designed house that feels like it was done by a good architect. You can even see Doi Suthep from the upper floor. The whole house is private and located right in the heart of the Chiang Mai university area, close to Nimmanhaemin. Lots of food options nearby. Self check-in was smooth. We really loved our stay and will definitely come back. Highly recommended!”
